How do you return an item? If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, you may do so with a full refund before the shipping label is created. Once an order is shipped, there will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns. The refund will be issued once we receive the items back to us in original "new in package" condition. Warranty: Spray Pal and Sprayer... We fully stand behind our products and will cover any manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided to the original owner of the Spray Pal or Sprayer, we just ask that you email us a picture or video of the defect along with some proof of purchase to info@spray-pal.com.
