A: We are currently offering FREE shipping on all orders in the USA.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. But, we do have some retailers in Canada and Europe where you can buy our products in person or online if they offer that!

Q: Where do you store your Spray Pal when it's not in use?
A: We always stored ours in wetbag that we hung on the back of our bathroom door or tucked behind the toilet when not in use. That allowed the Spray Pal shield to airdry out the top of the wetbag while keeping it folded up and out of the way. We've also heard of people storing it in the snapped open position in a bucket. The pink tub they give you at the hospital works great for storage as well!

Q: How do you clean your Spray Pal shield?
A: You can spray it down with whatever bathroom cleaning spray you prefer and then rinse it with your sprayer!

Q: How long is the warranty on Spray Pal products?
A: We stand by our products. If you have any issues at all, please send us an email at info@spray-pal.com with your order number and a photo of the product issue and we will troubleshoot or send a replacement if needed.
