If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, you may do so with a full refund before the shipping label is created. Once an order has shipped, there will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns. The refund will be issued once we receive them items back to us in original "new in package" condition.

Warranties for non Spray Pal products:

If you have an issue with any diapers or accessories that are not the Spray Pal brand but were purchased on our website, your best bet for faster service is to reach out directly to the manufacturer. Usually the tag will have website information where you can find their customer service contact information. If you need any help with that, feel free to let us know!
